Mission

At Wootag, we created next-gen interactive videos and ads that utilized creative automation to help brands achieve their marketing objectives, drive sales, build brand awareness and customer loyalty.


Working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders, product owners, and engineers as the Lead Product Designer my responsibility was to design new concepts and optimize existing ones with multiple rounds of testing and iterations to ensure maximum effectiveness and engagement. I worked closely with engineers for successful implementation and rapid iterations.

Result

During my 5 years at Wootag we reached over 850 million viewers for clients such as DBS Bank, Grab, Nestle, Unilever, McDonald's, BMW, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Intel, LG, Huawei, Adidas, Armani, and Calvin Klein across various countries, including Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia.

by Mumbrella Asia.

The foundation of our technology is our custom-designed video player, specialized for seamless, engaging and high-performing interactive experiences, from short ads to long-form content.

Interactive Touchpoints

We designed various interactive touchpoints for different objectives to catch interest, create curiosity, and emphasize interaction. This is usually the first step where engagement starts.

Interactive Layers

Interacting with the touchpoints usually results in launching an interactive layer specifically designed for different objectives. These objectives range from simpler, industry-standard experiences such as lead generation, sign-ups, discounts, and downloads to tailor-made shoppable videos, product showcases, video learning, or even a interactive football broadcasts.

Personalized Viewer Experience

At Wootag, we utilized advanced intelligence to create personalized and contextually relevant videos and ads. Our technology used real-time events and data, such as weather, location, time of day, sports events, to adapt to the viewer's environment, behavior, and preferences.


For example, an ad for a cold beverage could be targeted to viewers in hot weather locations or during a heatwave, while an ad for a sports fan could be triggered when their favorite team scores a goal and automatically adapts to micro-signals such as goal scorer, man of the match etc. This allowed us to boost engagement and create a more meaningful experiences.

Showcase
